Your parcel
Included in your parcel will be Return containers that fit with the equipment you have purchased. Please use this and keep it in a safe place and when you are able, return it to a NEP outlet. Click the link www.nznep.org.nz/outlets for the outlets nearest to you.

Discreet packaging
NZNEP understand the need for discretion in the packaging of our products when couriering to our customers. All our parcels will be delivered in discreet packaging. Your order will be couriered in plain packaging or a courier bag, looking just like any other mail order package. There will be no NEP branding on the outside.
Your order
We reserve the right to limit quantities of products ordered, as per our Terms & Conditions.
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm may not be dispatched until the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched will be dispatched on the next business day.
Any items on backorder will be sent once in stock.
Shipping Information
We only supply and deliver to clients within New Zealand. Parcels can not be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please supply a physical address for delivery.
Your parcel will be shipped in 1-3 business days after the receipt confirmation of your payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery and an additional 2 days for rural delivery.
Authority to leave parcels in a safe place
We provide our customers with a convenient delivery option whereby parcels can be left in a safe place at home without someone needing to be there to sign for the parcel. If you would like to give the courier authority to leave a parcel, please record this in the Cart notes on your order.
If there isn’t a safe place to leave a parcel or if the weather is not permitting, the parcel is returned to the depot and a card is left for parcel collection later.

If for any reason you have received incorrect or faulty products, please contact us at glenn@drugsproject.co.nz and provide a full explanation and order reference.
Your Information
Your personal information is only used to make the sale and delivery of your parcel. Your information is not stored if you are not a saved customer in our database. If you are a saved customer your delivery address is only saved for ease of use for future purchases.
Your privacy and confidentially is of the utmost importance to us.
